Anna Chiu

Anna is Head of Agentic Payments at Reap, where she leads the company’s work on agentic AI and how it reshapes the way businesses pay. She was Reap’s first product manager and 10th employee, and she launched the Reap Card corporate card program before building the issuing platform behind it. Her path into product runs through engineering and data: she taught herself to code, worked as a data analyst and developer, and joined Mox, one of Hong Kong’s first virtual banks, as employee 14. Outside work, she plays padel and looks after her two rescue dogs.
