Kevin is Co-Founder and COO of Reap, where he oversees operations and strategy and keeps the company running efficiently as it scales. He began his career in investment banking at Scotiabank, one of Canada’s Big Five banks, with a background in regulation and risk management that brings the discipline of traditional finance to fintech. He co-founded Reap in 2018 to close the access gaps he saw in legacy financial systems. He has spoken at Visa, OSL, Web3 Harbour, Singapore Fintech Festival and Consensus 2026.
