Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the following User Spend Campaign and the Referral Campaign (individually, “Campaign” and collectively, the “Campaigns”) organized by Reap Technologies Limited (“Reap”). By participating in the Campaigns, each participant agrees to be bound by these T&Cs.
- Definitions
- For the purposes of these Campaigns and T&Cs:
- “Campaign Period” means the period commencing from October 10 2025 to December 10 2025, both dates inclusive, which may be extended, modified or revised by Reap, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- “Cashback” means the promotional service credits awarded under the Campaigns, which will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Reap Card account within the time specified and determined by Reap.
- “Eligible Customer” means a user who signs-up for Reap Direct during the Campaign Period either through:
- an individual unique sign-up link contained in a direct invitation email received from Reap to participate in the Campaigns; or
- a valid, individual unique referral sign-up link issued by Reap to the Referrer and provided to the Referee under the Referral Campaign.
Users who do not sign-up through an authorised Reap-issued sign-up link shall not be considered as Eligible Customer for the purposes of these Campaigns.
- “Reap Direct” means the suite of services offered by Reap accessible at the Reap’s website: https://www.reap.global/products/reap-direct.
- “Reap Card” means the corporate payment card service offered by Reap that enables card-based business spend and funding of transactions conducted through Reap Direct.
- “Eligible Spend” means the aggregate value of transactions made via Reap Card service by an Eligible Customer during the relevant qualifying period. Eligible Spend shall exclude:
- any transaction that is not funded or processed through Reap Card;
- any transaction that is subsequently cancelled, voided, refunded, reversed, disputed;
- any transaction that is suspected or proven to be fraudulent, or otherwise invalid; and
- any transaction that, in Reap’s sole discretion, does not constitute a bona fide business expense.
- “Referrer” means an Eligible Customer who has been approved by Reap to participate in the Referral Campaign in accordance with Section 3.1 below.
- “Referee” means a new user referred by a Referrer under the Referral Campaign who satisfies the eligibility and registration requirements set out in these T&Cs.
- User Spend Campaign
- Eligibility: The User Spend Campaign is available and open to Eligible Customers only. To qualify for this Campaign, an Eligible Customer must incur a minimum Eligible Spend of US$5,000 within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the account sign-up.
- Cashback Reward: Upon the satisfaction of the aforementioned eligibility requirement, the Eligible Customer shall be entitled to a fixed Cashback of US$500, irrespective of the total Eligible Spend exceeding the stipulated minimum of US$5,000.
- Limitation: Each Eligible Customer may qualify for the Cashback reward once only.
- Referral Campaign
- Referrer Eligibility: The Referral Campaign is available and open to Referrers only. To qualify as a Referrer, an Eligible Customer must:
- have successfully qualified under the User Spend Campaign;
- indicate in writing their interest to participate in the Referral Campaign (including, for clarity, by replying to the campaign invitation email issued by Reap or by such other means as may be specified by Reap); and
- receive written confirmation from Reap approving their enrollment as a Referrer.
- Referrer Eligibility: The Referral Campaign is available and open to Referrers only. To qualify as a Referrer, an Eligible Customer must:
In absence of such written confirmation, an Eligible Customer shall not be deemed as an approved Referrer or be entitled to any Cashback rewards under the Referral Campaign.
- Referee Eligibility and Sign-Up: A Referee must be:
- A new user who has not previously registered for or maintained any Reap Direct account; and
- Signs up for Reap Direct services under the Referral Campaign via a valid, individual unique referral sign-up link issued by Reap to the Referrer and provided to the Referee.
Any sign-ups for Reap Direct accounts made other than through the designated referral sign-up link shall not be recognized or be deemed as a Referee, and accordingly, both the Referrer and the user shall be ineligible for any Cashback rewards under the Referral Campaign.
- Cashback Reward Mechanics: The Referral Campaign is triggered when a Referee achieves an additional minimum Eligible Spend of US$20,000 within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of the Referee’s account sign-up. Upon meeting this requirement, a fixed Cashback of US$2000 shall be awarded to which:
- The Referrer shall be entitled to a fixed Cashback of US$1,200 (i.e., 60% of the Cashback reward); and
- The Referee shall be entitled to the remaining fixed Cashback of US$800 (i.e., 40% of the Cashback reward).
- Limitation: Each Referrer may refer a maximum of five (5) Referees only. Each Referee may only be referred to once. Where multiple Referrers attempt to refer to the same Referee, only the first valid referral registered with Reap shall be recognized.
- Cashback Disbursement
- All Cashback rewards under these Campaigns shall be credited to the respective Eligible Customer and/or Referrer’s Reap Card account within fourteen (14) days after the end of the Campaign Period, following verification by Reap.
- Fraud and Misuse
- Reap reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Customer and/or Referrer, and forfeit any Cashback in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, collusion, or any other activity that Reap determines, in its sole discretion, to be manipulative or abusive of the Campaigns.
- Cashback Terms
- Reap reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether any transaction qualifies as Eligible Spend, whether a Referrer or Referee meets the eligibility criteria, and whether Cashback should be validly awarded. If an Eligible Customer’s Reap account is suspended, terminated or otherwise not in good standing, Reap reserves the right to forfeit the Cashback without any liability or responsibility.
- If any transaction forming part of Eligible Spend is subsequently cancelled, voided, disputed, refunded, or reversed, the corresponding value shall be deducted from Eligible Spend, and any Cashback already awarded may be clawed back or netted against future payouts.
- In the event that any Cashback rewards are irregularly or wrongly awarded, Reap reserves the sole right and discretion to claw back such Cashback, debit any equivalent value from the Eligible Customer’s Reap account, and/or terminate the customer’s participation in the Campaigns without liability.
- General
- Reap reserves the right to verify all Campaigns eligibility, spending and referral activity. Any determination made by Reap in relation to the Campaigns shall be final and binding, absent any manifest error.
- Reap reserves the right to revise, extend, suspend, or terminate the Campaigns or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice and without any liability. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Reap shall be final and binding and no correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
- The Cashback awarded shall constitute the sole and exclusive benefit, payment or consideration that any Eligible Customer, Referrer or Referee shall be entitled to receive in connection with their participation in these Campaigns. No other fees, commissions, compensation or other forms of benefit shall be provided by Reap. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including without limitation any loss of profits, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with these Campaigns.
- Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that they shall not be entitled to any payment, compensation, or replacement benefit whatsoever in respect of any such revision, suspension, termination, cancellation, withdrawal, or invalidation of any Cashback rewards.
- “Reap” and the Reap logo are trademarks of Reap Technologies Limited. All other names, logos, and trademarks mentioned in connection with these Campaigns are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of Reap’s trademarks without the prior written consent of Reap.
- These T&Cs shall supplement, and be read in conjunction with, the relevant Terms of Use, Master Services Agreement or any other service agreements you may have with Reap. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these T&Cs and the Master Services Agreement or any service agreements, these T&Cs shall prevail to the extent that such conflict or inconsistency relates to these Campaigns. For the avoidance of doubt, all other terms of the Terms of Use and Master Services Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
- Each Eligible Customer shall be solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt or use of Credits.
- Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these T&Cs.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
